Yokohama has included their popular orange oil technology which was innovated to maximize tire wall life. Using orange oil mixed with micro silica allows for a longer-lasting product that benefits consumers at the end of the day.

The orange oil is used as a replacement for some of the fuel oil in the tire which makes the manufacturing process slightly better for the environment.

Yokohama says that orange oil technology helps improve grip in low rolling resistance tires. Orange oil technology works by keeping rubber flexible, so it can grip the road surface in cold and wet conditions when rubber usually hardens, and loses grip.
